Pricing — your questions answered
Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. The setup fee and monthly retainer for each tier are fixed for the life of your contract. We don't add 'discovery uplifts', design rounds at extra cost, or surprise hosting fees.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The monthly retainer is rolling — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We earn the renewal each month by delivering value.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Most Starter clients upgrade to Growth within 12 months as their business grows. Upgrades are pro-rated and include a re-architecture call to plan new pages and features.
What's NOT included?
Paid advertising (Google/Meta Ads), large content production at scale (10+ articles/month), bespoke integrations beyond standard CRMs, and e-commerce checkout for >50 SKUs. We can add these as separate scopes if needed.
Do I own the website?
Fully. Code, content, domain and hosting are all yours. If you ever leave, we hand over a clean export with no exit fees.
